Bruno, the Digital Influencer Who Bridged Technology and Nature at COP16 Thanks to Sabio.CX

Lumo Media Lab, the innovation laboratory of  Caracol Televisión, sought a disruptive and empathetic way to communicate sustainability. Using the generative artificial intelligence technology Sabio.CX, developed by Ayté,  Bruno was born, a digital influencer designed to educate, inspire, and connect with young audiences during COP16.

The result: More than a thousand real-time interactions with a unique, warm, and credible personality, setting a new milestone in environmental communication.

The Challenge

Lumo dreamed of creating a digital character capable of speaking about sustainability—not as a technical expert, but as a friend. The challenge was immense: combining scalability, warmth, and pedagogy in a highly demanding environment like COP16, where thousands of people would be seeking clear and reliable real-time information.

Additionally, the influencer needed to have personality, values, a distinct tone, and validated knowledge. It couldn’t be a generic chatbot, but a true bridge between people and nature.

The Solution

Ayté implemented Sabio.CX, an internally developed generative AI platform that enables the creation of conversational characters with an authentic, secure, and adaptable voice.
